How It Works


For Families

  • Contact Us and pay registration fee.
  • Just Holiday Nannies will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs in detail and complete your registration details.
  • We will start the process of finding a Just Holiday Nanny and send you details of prospective Just Holiday Nannies. candidates
  • You make a selection and we then arrange for you to interview candidates.
  • At the same time you will recieve our Family Pack containing: Terms and Conditions, Interview Tips, Employment Information and a pro-forma Invoice. 
  • Once you select a candidate, we negotiate employment dates and salary on your behalf. At this stage we also agree our Placement Fee to be paid as soon as possible.
  • Relax - have a fantastic experience knowing your child is well cared for by your own Just Holiday Nanny.

Fees paid by Families

  • Non-returnable Finder's Fee: £50
  • Placement Fee: 20% of nanny’s net salary (less the Finder's Fee).

 

For Nannies

  • Contact Us
  • Just Holiday Nannies will send you an application form.
  • Return application form with a CV and recent photograph.
  • If successful, Just Holiday Nannies will invite you for an interview.
  • Family Details will be sent to you when you have been matched.
  • Just Holiday Nannies will arrange an interview at the family home.

Expected Salaries per Day

  • Trainee teacher: Live-in £50 or Live-out £60 per day.
  • Qualified teacher: Live-in £60 or Live-out £70 per day.
